Scott W. Newhouse, BA, RCM

President Scott Newhouse

Scott oversees all areas within Harmony Management while jointly managing the operations and services.

Scott has been working in the asset and property management industry for the past 15 years. Prior to co-founding Harmony, Scott was Vice President of a large Toronto based condominium property management firm. In this role, Scott was responsible to oversee 40,000 units in the Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Georgetown, North York area.

Scott was also instrumental in starting up the Residences of the Ritz Carlton. Prior to this, Scott was responsible for overseeing and running the operations of a large Toronto land developer. During that time, Scott was successful in growing the firm from 300 condominium units to over 7,000.

Scott is a regular contributor to industry magazines and has spoken at many industry-related functions. Scott has sat on the Board of CCI Continuing Education Committee, and achieved ACMO 2000 certification. Scott sits on numerous Boards of Directors, acting in capacities that range from General Manager to President and has acted as General Manager of PCC 114 (Condominium Board) from 2005 to 2009. Scott is a graduate from University of Toronto and a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) from Humber College.

Stacey S. Kurck, RCM

Senior Vice President, Operations Stacey Kurck

Stacey oversees the Operations, Marketing and Cleaning Services at Harmony Management, along with managing several condominium corporations.

Prior to co-founding Harmony, Stacey worked in the real estate, asset and property management industry for over 14 years. She has established many key relationships, bringing people together in harmony, within the multi-residential, developer, maintenance services and condominium industries.

While working for a large property management firm, prior to starting Harmony, she grew the existing managed portfolio from 11,000 units to over 19,000 units in just 10 short months. Stacey also initiated and achieved ACMO 2000 compliance for the condominium division.

Stacey has a Leadership Diploma from Queen’s University and is a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) from Humber College. Stacey sits on a Board of Directors (PCC 475) acting in capacity of Vice President/Secretary and is an active member of ACMO and CCI. Stacey is also a new member of CAI and has volunteered with Habitat For Humanity and BILD’s Charity BBQ & Golf Committee’s.

Gail McKee, RCM

Gail comes from a career with an administrative background prior to returning to school to pursue the Registered Condominium Manager designation in 2008 at Humber College. In 2009 Gail started her career at a boutique property management company while she graduated at the top of her class from Humber College. Gail joined the Harmony team 2013 and continues to manage a portfolio as well as overseeing managers and their portfolios or buildings. Gail has experience with various types of condominiums both in established condominium communities as well as new builds.
